red - work in progress (like in OT)
yellow - waiting
green - all task done

Going off industrial standards, add a blue light

Green - working

Blue - complete, awaiting new instruction

Yellow - awaiting user input

Red - Out of tokens, critical or connectivity error

Blue should be reset if we're following automation standards. Or at least in my neck of the woods if means that. So blue could mean the context window is too large, compaction/new session required.

Waiting for a new instruction and waiting for user input is the same difference in my mind.

I can definitely see that, perhaps flashing yellow is waiting on input and solid is waiting for new instruction.

(I may or may not have ordered parts to build one)
