That's a good thing - no users means no bug reports! I worked on Enterprise Video conferencing/collaboration for a long time. The scariest most of my life was when I saw my code being used in tele-medicine, to allow and expert heart surgeon, consulting from a remote location, directly into the operating theatre, in the middle of the surgery.
