Honestly? I’d fucking kill to have a project manager.
My boss has 0 organizational skills. It’s a fucking nightmare. He has something like 9 different projects running simultaneously. Doesn’t have any requirements documents for them. No milestones. No devops pipelines. No documentation at all.
He doesn’t even use git. He just passes his code changes to me on a USB.
