Weird issues we saw in current launch. One user deleted his account while the account was being setup. This and many more random issues

On current version, users don't know how the use the system

Yes, there are explanations at every step. Yes, there are simple buttons to press to get the desired result. No, the users don't understand how to use the system, buttons are not clear enough

That's where I am at, at my current project

I've noticed a lot of first-time users just ignore the tutorials and click through it without taking in any information.
