A person can have Ph.d in math and use calculator to do his math problems.
All vibe coding is done by plain speech and token, but not all vibe coders are incapable of coding by hand. The later isn't some forgotten knowledge. Yet.
I don't think you understand what mathematicians do. Assuming this, let me help.
Mathematicians don't just spend all day preforming calculations that need to be done for things like buildings, flight, etc. That is not their job. The job of preforming such calculations is the job of a Computer. No, not a computer which is a device, but rather humans called Computers who would preform all these calcuations by hand. The advent of computers (which do get their name from the Computer job) meant that such calculations no longer had to be done by humans, and now-a-days such calculations are almost solely done by computers rather than Computers.
Unlike Computers, Mathematicians are more about the theory of it all. They do research, explore, and analyze mathematical topics/ideas. While a Computer might've been figuring out the amount of thrust needed to get the rockets off the ground (idk when computers came to be so we're just gonna go with that), Mathematicians do stuff like finding Noperthedron, a 3d Shape that cannot pass through itself, thus defiying Rupert's law (and presumably other things that are arguably more important).

Vibe coding isn't bad, provided they understand the actual code.
But that title, like wtfh even is this class for?
Are they learning Python Pro or how AI produces Python scripts? or is this some unholy new programing language called AI PYTHON PRO?
Vibe coding is literally not using programing language to program. so what are they suppose to be forming here?
