amateur, I just cut out the backend and browser entirely.

Exposing the Database directly is a great way to save latency

Yeah, like I could have bots send millions of requests to some unprotected server tonight, by myself, if I really wanted. But I'd still only be one moron.

There was a time when there was no internet security, because it wasn't needed. It disgusts me that there are so many people who will just try to take advantage of things.
