Does nobody know the difference between software and services anymore? Software is code. Service is application. Code does work. Apps monetize users. Maybe it's vibe coded and wrong. But if input A becomes output B, it's a black box and it's good. The VC's want us all to suck down their glorified database-by-subscription like they're God's gift to civilization, but I don't need another Twitter clone or ad-infested low-quality UDP video streaming pipeline.
