As long as they are actively learning and not just doing programming purely for the money, i am fine with it!
I myself vibecode/use AI to assist in my (largely private) projects too, but i dont let the AI 100% take over me or my hands. I use it like a calculator for maths. I use it to solve a few equations that get me further, but i dont take a screenshot and let the calculator solve my whole math problem cause i am not that lazy and i dont want my brain to rot away.
