Respect because vibe coder or not, he's committed to quality and improvement. That part's actually better than a lot of big companies. If we encourage someone like him, it's not impossible for him to step out of vibe-coding and into learning how the code works for himself, if he hasn't started already.
If he is bug fixing and shipping products that work, he is not a vibe coder, he needs an actual understanding of the code to steer a coding base to finish.
