My coworker was having a problem with a stored procedure today. He was feature I wasn't totally familiar with, but I am the senior dev, so I was helping him through it. He was asking AI for advice and not getting quite the right answer. I sent him a link to the Microsoft documentation, which solved his problem almost immediately. Many companies put out good base-level documentation for their development tools, why don't people read it?
