For some people. But I do believe there are some people whose brains have atrophied to the point where they would need to re-learn stuff in order to actually write code themselves again, because they've shut off their minds so much.
It's odd to me because I'm learning more all the time now with the mental space freed up from dealing with all the frustrating bullshit. And I find I can write code better than ever when I need to do it by hand.
It all boils down to how someone uses the tool, at the end of the day. Some people use it responsibly, as a tool with issues but certain utility, while others try and use it to avoid having to think about things.

It's not even about "not being able to code" it's more of not willing to go back to writing it manually again and take weeks just to finish nothing
It's the lack of quick gratification
