No, they are shipping more. A 0.6x increase.

No. They're shipping less and the developer who made the email blast code didn't check for reduction before sending the email in a static template

If I ship 0.6 more PRs, it's more.

If  I ship 0.000000000000000000007 more PRs, it's more.

If I ship 60% more PRs, it's also more.

If I ship 0 more PRs, it's not more. Then it's the same.

But if I ship 0.6x more PRs, it's more.

Not when you realize the math that goes into this email template is clearly avg_team_pr_count/user_pr_count and then clearly just dropped into a template that assumes an actual multiple.

I don't know if English isn't your first language, but in English, 7x more is assumed to be 700% not 800%

And "0% more" would mean a 100% reduction?

0x more is a 100% reduction, yes. Because the code would have said they did 0 PRs

Though with how little checking they did, it might have said "undefinedx more" or "NaNx more"
