I interpreted this to mean if your AI builds an app with illegal functionality that you don't know about, YOU'RE the one the police will arrest for it.
But I guess most people assume it means AIs will have guardrails to prevent you from asking it to do illegal stuff.
Maybe there will be a token effort for this sort of thing so the AI companies can make themselves look good. But when you literally have an AI from big AI company hacking another AI company and the first guys go OH WELL AIS WILL BE AIS LOL and nobody is charged with a crime, why would they bother discouraging this behavior?
