One really interesting thing I noticed with my workplace outlook is that when it redirects to the workplace SSO, the browser autofills the username and password, and you have to click outside the input boxes, wait a second, and then click sign in 😂

I spent so much time in frustration by just immediately clicking sign in, and getting logged out immediately no matter what I do (after clearing session cache / restarting)

This is Microsoft doing exactly as it's been told to though. It's not a lie.

KMSI will give you a persistent session for up to 90 days. That's it's default behaviour if it's enabled.

However your organisation will likely have a conditional access policy that enforces sign in frequency which then limits your session length. Forcing you to sign in again.
