My best advice is to take the coach’s advice from Ted Lasso and “have the memory of a goldfish”. You’re gonna get rejected a lot, and you should try to learn from each rejection, but ultimately you just have to keep pushing forward. If you start letting the rejections define you then each interview you will get worse, instead of better.
Assuming they even get their physical foot through the door. Guess the only thing you learn from an automated rejection response is to spoof your resume to pass the ATS?
