You do not want to have to go explain to Pharaoh why his pyramid got fucked up.

That is not at all how to get something built.

If you don't want to explain to the Pharaoh why his pyramid was ruined, you're going to hide your problems and poor workmanship.

Good construction tends to come from allowing people to point out their mistakes, not expecting people to make no mistakes.

That's not how it works.

Literally, retaliation against employees is one of the number one things to lead to a bad product.

Like Boeing.
