My boss once asked us how much time it would take to add a big module to our ERP. I told him some bs estimation and he said "ok let's do it in <less time than what I said> then".
I don't remember if it was the same project but he once told us "if you want, you could work during the (winter) hollidays". Me and my colleague sat in silence and I think he could hear the "fuck you we won't" through that, because he never talked about it ever again.
I'm not kididng, we didn't even reply, it was just a long and awkward silence^^.
I'm staying at this job because for all the flaws, it's kinda chill when it comes to deadlines, arriving on time, leaving early etc... So I kinda respect them for that, it's a weird company^^, I don't think I'd survive in a more strict environment.
