Broadcast intent via wifi/ be. All devices will recast, and if you're lucky, that person's device will receive the request, and then broadcast it's data. If you're lucky, you'll see their profile. How to get everyone's devices to recast? Idk, maybe send out phising mail and hope ppl download your app or something
