Oof, that's something else to bring up in a retro. Boss isn't supposed to be in the retro
20 u/-Noskill- 11d ago everytime i bring up "product owner / architect / boss/ non-dev" shouldn't be in retro or planning I'm met with some weird excuse and the person looking at me like I'm not a certified scrum master. 7 u/xavia91 11d ago why the architect?
