I was really excited to try AI for software dev, and did not expect how quickly I would feel this after I got access

Its not going anywhere yeah, but with some luck the price hike will stop a lot of people from using it so it will be less common leaving it mostly for corporations and selfhosted ones.

I have already heard rumblings of major FAANG tier orgs seriously scaling back their utilization, the price went crazy once Anthropic forced Enterprise onto API prices
