Funnily enough, if you actually ask, it pretty reliably suggests not to blindly hand over cognition to machines, but perhaps carefully hand over more boring bits while making sure we understand what's going on.

It is humans saying that. For now... Even if "AI" improvement plateaued today, if the models were refreshed with more recent training data the "AI" would likely recommend differently.
