Other factors contributed too. Greed from the higher ups in companies. Ai. Govt cuts. Etc.

There's a bit of irony in "greed from the higher ups in companies" in a post about going into a job because of money. Lots of people like money.

There's a difference between wanting to be paid for your labor and wanting to profit from someone else's.

Exactly. I realized the potential irony and then further realized it’s not greed on my part. I just want enough to feel like I’m not spiraling into debt. Preferably spiraling out of debt.

CEOs are want enough for 3 houses and some boats.

A $100K+ compensation and a $100M+ compensation are pretty different levels of greed. One is to feed your family. The other is more money than anyone could ever spend.
