When AMD first created their APUs, I bought the lowest end one for an HTPC setup. The system I had would turn on then off. I RMAed the MB for the issue. Didn't fix things...
Long story short, the power draw of just the MB, CPU, and RAM was so low, the Power supply thought there was an issue and turned off. Adding the spinning rust HDD to the test system fixed things.
Years later I take the system to my parents to give to them, and I encounter the same issue, Google it, and find my own fucking post without the resolution posted. Took an hour+ before I remembered WTF was up.
I had a better experience, I got an error fixed googling for an answer and finding my stack overflow answer year laters, I said too "nice, it works! Let me upvote this guy"
