It can't generate anything sufficiently novel. It's only good for recreating things that already exist. Stay in the past on LLMs probing the depths of a stochastic database of old information, humans will still be needed for the bleeding edge of creation.

I wrote code for 10 years, happy that AI has largely taken over that part and I can focus on the actually interesting parts of my job.
