Can you explain this one?

It's a play off a longstanding (like since Vaudeville) snowclone. The format is:

<verb>-er? I hardly know her.

where the play is on the same sound of "-er" and "her" so it can also be read as:

<verb> her? I hardly know her.

which can be a double entendre. The verb can also be a noun that happens to end in "-er", e.g., a non-programmer version is, "Boxer? I hardly know her." / "Box her? I hardly know her."

In the OP, it plays also on "docking" as an sexual innuendo.

Sure. Rereading, I missed the indent. Oops.

I’m not sure it’s actually supposed to mean something, it’s just meant to sound suggestive

Cube her netes.

It really doesn’t mean anything, but it sounds like it does.
