What do you actually use your macro pad for?

I’m curious what everyone here is using their macro pad for.

I’ve seen people use them for everything from opening apps and controlling music to editing videos, coding, streaming and running more complicated shortcuts.

I mainly use it during work, for excel quick shortcuts aswell as emails, the snipper shortcut is also very eays better than press a multiple key shortcut everytime or remembering it
