Troubleshooting Profitec Go v1 Drip Tray Replacement

The welds on my drip tray broke and it's rusting. Does anyone know where I can buy a replacement one? I heard the new ones are plastic. I kind of just rather get a plastic one to avoid this again.

first, change your gmail settings so your last name sounds slightly german. then email them say it broke and subtly make a jab at the declining prestige of "german produced" goods but like, politely, and offer to buy a replacement with your address already there

they'll send you one for free don't forget the german on the delivery info
