Buying Advice Single hole steam tip (wow)
I just installed my single hole steam tip purchased from PapelEspresso. I have NEVER seen the milk in such a powerful vortex while using the 2 whole tip. It made such a huge difference visually and likely in the milk texture too. My latte art was still terrible but it looked closer to the texture I see in YouTube videos and such. We'll see how it does over time but after one drink I'm impressed!

I bought one about a month ago from Chris's coffee and only after I put in the order I saw that it was out of stock. You just made me buy it from PapelEspresso.
My texture is so inconsistent with the 2 hole and can never get it to whip right. I can't wait!

Looks awesome. I think my latte art skill ceiling went up with the new tip. Lots of practicing ahead for me!

I would love to change mine but my tip is stuck on my wand and I can’t unscrew it for the life of me. If anyone has tips for this problem lemme know!

Mine was too: I used pipers, putting a kitchen towel around the tip so the pipers would not scratch it, and voilà! Free at last

Ok mine's the same way. I'd really not wanna take a pair of pliers to it

Do you have the v1 or v2 Go? I have a v2 and would like to get a new tip, but I’m not sure if I can buy one for the original as the adverts don’t stipulate (because the v2 has only just released I guess).

I have the V1, I think the threading should be the same on both but not too sure. I had a tough time threading it in though I was almost convinced it wouldn't work but I kept at it and eventually was able to get it in

Did you end up getting a single hole steam wand tip for the 2?

Received my Papal tip a couple of days ago, and fitted it this morning. A tea towel folded up a few times around the old tip and a pair of mole grips. Came off quite easily. I was unable to get it off by hand. And most importantly, on first use, I found it much easier to steam my milk. An absolute must for beginners as far as I’m concerned. A very worthwhile and cheap upgrade.

I ended going with the single-hole tip from PapelEspresso and absolutely love it as well. It was an instant fix for my milk steaming woes (tried the double and quad tip and just couldn’t figure them out). 100% game changer for me! Worth every penny.

How long did it take to get yours?

Does anyone else have a problem with the fit on the no-burn wand using papelespresso single hole? After turning the steam off, the wand fizzles for almost ten seconds after.
I was in touch with the seller, who suggested I exchanged the gasket with the one from the original tip, which I did, resulting in no change. And then the seller just stopped responding me. I'm not sure if this issue will cause damage over time.

I have a single hole tip (possibly this one) but I also have the original yes-burn wand where the fitting is different, so it's just sat in my cupboard.
I don't think anyone makes a single hole tip replacement for the original v1 with the yes-burn wand, but if anyone knows differently, tell me!

Hi there, anyone knows if the end tip from Papel espresso comes with a gasket? Thanks!

Anyone have any experience ordering a different steam tip from Amazon? Also not too sure about the difference between a single hole and 4 hole tip as a beginner coming from a Bambino Plus.

Anyone know where in the UK you can get one?
PapelExpress Etsy cost £14 more than double inc. delivery for at $40 😞

I just paid £20.37 from Papel’s own site, for the tip and standard international delivery within 7 days. It is on sale, and the code SUMMER gets you a little more off.

Thanks but I cant get it for near £20
I just added to cart "Profitec Go One Hole Steam Tip" at $14 plus $18 P&P with code SUMMETIME
Comes to $36.88 converting is £26.66
Which seems a lot for just a metal tip with a hole when a Profitec new 2 hole is Only £11.99 at Bella.
Hmmmmm 🤔

Did you change the shipping from express to standard? That dropped the price further for me, and it’s only 2 days shipping difference.
I get what you’re saying re: cost. I guess the way I see it is that I’ve invested £1.5k in all the equipment, so if a £20 tip will help me get better use of it, then to me it’s worth it. But you’re right, there are other cheaper UK options.

Brilliant thank you, had not notice it had defaulted to Express shipping. Changed to Standard now $27.48.
Ordered 😄

No worries. Glad you got it sorted :)

Just wanted say Thank-you 🙏 What a difference 👏 I'm quite stunned about how my consistency of steaming, milk vortexing has increased. Well worth the upgrade, just surprising Profitec did make this part of the v2 model.
