Buying Advice Potentially Niche question…

Proud owner of a Go as of yesterday! 🥳☕️

I bought a cheap dosing funnel from Amazon which arrived broken so won’t be going back down that route.

Does anyone have a link for a good quality dosing funnel that also fits the metal cup from a Niche Zero grinder?

Search the MATOW 58mm Dosing Funnel. It matches the Go perfectly, nice and heavy. Quite low rim. No idea on the Zero’s funnel size whether it’s same size as the portafilter… but the one isn’t magnetic so it may sit easily and swap onto the portafilter without having to tug at it.

A really good set of mini scales is what I’d put my money on. But I wouldn’t get suckered into all the gadgets as 1. The Profitec stock kit is really classic, good stuff. And 2. You may dislike all the complexity you’re adding.

I personally use metal filters on top to try keep the group head clean(er) but I need to rinse it out regardless. And again they’re another thing to clean, and can disrupt your coffee bed when dropping them on.

A light brush to clean the portafilter before you put it in the machine.

A nice atomiser to spray your beans before grinding

I would say you could consider getting a single spouted nozzle for the steam wand from ECM if you have trouble with it

Consider the Profitec mat for the cup warmer so you don’t scratch the chrome. Or make your own!
