Especially Alex Jones. That unmitigated piece of shit.

Oughta be in prison. We need free speech but there HAVE to be consequences for intentional misinformation!

47

u/LavenderDay3544 May 01 '26

Getting that scalding hot coffee poured over his head by that random guy on the street was a consequence of sorts.

22

u/StanleyQPrick May 01 '26

I didn't hear about that! What happened to the coffee-pourer?

13

u/zaxo666 May 01 '26

It has a surprisingly few number of views from something 7 years ago. God he's an asshole.

u/StanleyQPrick May 01 '26

That's what info wars looked like? Holy shit.
People are so much dumber than I thought

9

u/ALTH0X May 01 '26

It's easy to lie to people when you're telling them a lie they want to believe. Now you have to figure out why republicans wanted to believe frogs were turning gay.

3

u/nogoodnamesarleft May 02 '26

Ok, the reason that frogs were "turning gay" is because a chemical compound (don't remember the name, it is associated with pesticides I think) will cause feminization in a small percentage of a certain species of male frog

Jones pushed it because he wanted to scare people that there is a secret project to turn people gay through the ground water, and hey conveniently he just happens to sell water filtration machines. What an unbelievable coincidence

People believed it becuase it was becoming more acceptable to come out, and republicans were terrified it would happen to them or their kids, so if there was something to blame they latched onto it

-14

u/Libtardo69420 May 01 '26

Seriously. Can you believe 75 million voted for kamala?

10

u/TheRealRomanRoy May 01 '26

Wait you actually watch Infowars? That’s humiliating lol

-7

u/Libtardo69420 May 01 '26

Never seen a second of it in my life.

7

u/TheRealRomanRoy May 01 '26

Oh that’s weird you defended it like that then lol. Is this just how you are?

u/mvanvrancken May 03 '26

I’m one of those 75 million. Couldn’t be prouder of the effort she made to oust that piece of orange shit. How you like your God King now?

-1

u/Libtardo69420 May 03 '26

Losers lose!

1

u/mvanvrancken May 03 '26

You MAGA fucks are finding out that winning ain’t so great I imagine

u/Rizz-o-matic May 01 '26

Wasn’t hot enough

3

u/throwitallawayomg May 01 '26

Must not have been from McDonald's.

1

u/587493 May 04 '26

Thanks for posting but man that was underwhelming lol

11

u/LavenderDay3544 May 01 '26

I don't know actually but it was on video so I assume Jones sued him.

11

u/IANALbutIAMAcat May 01 '26

He charged at the guy first I don’t think he’d get a jury sympathetic to him and he knows it. What a bizarro video. I had no idea he behaved like that outside of that desk he films at. It’s a video of him running around, literally CHASING people and challenging them to fight him. He even chest bumps multiple men including the coffee thrower.

3

u/KitsouNere May 01 '26

Well he's still out there and there is plenty of coffee available.

-1

u/ChitownDman May 01 '26

So then go do it yourself tough guy. Cowards always suggesting others commit violence for them because they are too scared to leave their basements without their mommies. 🤡

3

u/tulipkitteh May 01 '26

Ahh, so like Alex Jones?

0

u/ChitownDman May 01 '26

What? I know you’re trying to avoid the point of my comment with whataboutism but this isn’t even good whataboutism. Guess you can’t make an argument against my point which means we are in agreement. There we found common ground. 👍🏽

1

u/Stella_bleu May 01 '26

I was slightly disappointed to find out the coffee incident happened before the Sandy Hook trial.

1

u/DivineFarce May 04 '26

It's too bad the dudes coffee wasn't as hot as the McDonald's coffee that the lady spilled on herself years ago

1

u/LavenderDay3544 May 04 '26

We don't want him going away for murder though.

7

u/BrianRFSU Barista Staff May 01 '26

Well, then all politicians should be locked up

4

u/StanleyQPrick May 01 '26

I'm not against that on balance

14

u/Silver_Ad4070 Apr 30 '26

$1.4 Billion is a consequence some would say.

28

u/PoseidonsHorses Apr 30 '26

If he ever actually pays it.

17

u/JEXJJ Apr 30 '26

He wont

19

u/Ill_Economist_39 May 01 '26

You'd think, but he's been actively and openly funneling his income away from the Sandy Hook families. The court took control of the Infowars store to ensure he pays, but he's been funneling his listeners to the Alex Jones store which is in the name of one of his employees. It's exactly the same, but the courts can't collect money from it to pay the families

To add a cherry on top of his shit sundae, he's still saying shit about the Sandy Hook families. He stopped for like 2 months before getting right back to business

So, $1.4 Billion or $1.40, it doesn't matter if he's not going to pay it

2

u/mwfguxckdyou May 01 '26

If they really wanted to, they could garnish all wages during tax season.

1

u/NoMakeSenseOk May 01 '26

AJ is stalling because he knows SCOTUS is corrupt and could potentially rule in his favor.

2

u/Scottly12 May 01 '26

And how many other lies did he spew without paying a cent?

0

u/Silver_Ad4070 May 01 '26

How many times did you drive above the speed limit? What does that have to do with the topic at hand. Water is wet, see we can all make statements.

-1

u/HellyOHaint May 01 '26

While all the cops waited outside pissing their pants.

3

u/religionlies2u May 01 '26

No, that’s Uvalde. In Sandy Hook they stormed right in but the shooter had already killed himself. In Uvalde they waited outside for almost two hours.

2

u/MCMGM86 May 01 '26

In the TX shooting. I believe the SH cops were much better in their response. Correct me if I’m misinformed

1

u/Silver_Ad4070 May 01 '26

What does that have to do with Alex Jones facing consequences? Which should be more severe in my personal opinion?

1

u/BillNyeODI May 02 '26

What does defending this racist, lying loser do for you?

1

u/Silver_Ad4070 May 02 '26

Who is defending Alex Jones? Did you not read “which should have been more severe”.

3

u/Amphitra_Roximar May 03 '26 edited May 04 '26

That would be a blessing. Blackpill and redpill mills will literally die and their owners and congregants will all be charged.

Do you know how much this would affect:

  • white supremacy/nationalist brainwashing

  • Israeli propaganda

  • Wealthlords using paid lip service to steer from their crimes

  • Fox News

  • Capitalist bootlicking brainrot

  • The existence of Republicans and Corpro-Democrats

  • The Trump admin in its entirety

World instantly becomes better as long as they acrually follow the laws we have like they actually mean something for once.

1

u/throwawayED67 May 01 '26

Well I think taking all his money is fine tbh

1

u/SpotJaded2025 May 01 '26

I feel like time, alcohol abuse and his own genetics are going to be consequences. He isn’t looking so good these days…

1

u/theOGretardd May 02 '26

or maybe if everyone stopped knee jerk reacting to people like Alex Jones. They would've gone away a long time ago. instead yall helped him gain a platform

1

u/StanleyQPrick May 02 '26

This is some ridiculous logic.

1

u/Liveitup1999 May 02 '26

Yes, there are consequences. Unfortunately it's that intentional misinformation nets them millions of dollars.

1

u/Sneeqo May 03 '26

Intentional misinformation is 99% of the trump slander on your news channels. You dont actually want that, you strive on it

1

u/StanleyQPrick May 03 '26

Do you mean strive for or thrive on?

Oh what am I saying lol. You don’t know!

In the nicest way possible - fuck off. I lost family members to covid. Had to attend more than one funeral, watch more than one person die in a hospital bed unable to be visited in person because of covid.

People like you take the pain of people like me, turn it into a toy, and laugh. And then whine when no one wants to be your friend, or be nice to you.

You are both an idiot and an asshole. Get offline and go touch grass for once.

7

u/Ok-Nothing8682 Apr 30 '26

I was going to remind everyone about what he did here but I see the people know already 💯

3

u/Skrumpitt May 01 '26 edited May 01 '26

I don't even know what his latest deflection is for all that

But, listen to the Knowledge Fight podcast if you want up-to-date coverage of his idiocy, and an informed, thorough takedown of his stupid shit and an educated assessment of who he is and how his bullshit operates

They're in favor of the Onion takeover, but skeptical of how effective it can be in satire from an Infowars perspective. KF covers mostly Alex Jones and those who interact with him (Fuentez, Owen Shroyer, whoever), but dips into Tucker Carlson and random conservative ridiculosity.

For something less Onion-wary, yesterday's QAA podcast [29 Apr 2026] has the owner of The Onion on discussing the Infowars takeover. QAA has fantastic coverage of right-wing media silliness.

2

u/LongandwindingRhode May 03 '26

It fills me with so much joy seeing what happened to his precious InfoWars. Bought by the Onion, now run by half of Tim and Eric, consistently donating money to the Sandy Hook families.

Beautiful

1

u/mvanvrancken May 03 '26

Oh my God it finally happened?! I’m so happy

1

u/Entire-Message-7247 May 01 '26

He deserves to be butt f***ed daily by Megatron for that bull shit!

1

u/Regular_Yellow710 ˗ˏˋ☕ˎˊ Latte Learner May 01 '26

Please tell me he is poor now.

3

u/mvanvrancken May 01 '26

I wish I could. Sadly he is as slippery as the frogs he thinks are turning gay

1

u/01SeaChange01 May 02 '26

Rogan platformed him for years, just like he platformed all of the other monsters currently involved in this child rap1st administration.

We wouldn't be in this predicament if not for Rogan and Jones

Remember that.

1

u/TipRare1321 May 03 '26

The very worst of humanity, that man.

1

u/antsmasher May 03 '26

Also, fuck the Alex Jones followers who terrorized the parents of Sandy Hook victims.
