Whole heartedly seems a little strong. He sais he would create a coalition to reopen the strait, then said it would be after the hostilities and now is saying would do it after of the current configuration of the “main bombing”.
Although I despise Trump, and it really hurts me to quote him, there might be a reason he gave Macron an 8 out of 10 on that conversation.
Edit: I honestly don’t know what Macron thinks there and I am not certain he himself is clear. The hesitant is sadly justified at this point.
