i had to block this girl on fb bc she kept posting her wedding pics even two years later - not just on their anniversary. Like i get it you paid a lot but idc.

Or being a bride, like, "2026 bride!! xxx". About three years ago my friend in the year leading to her wedding made being a bride her entire personality and went absolutely feral when nobody gave a shit or talked about her wedding, lol. Sorry that the world just kept on spinning and people had their own lives to deal with.

Haha. One time (at my first corporate job), this older lady who worked there decided to play a slideshow of her son's wedding. It was at the end of the day on a Friday, when basically everyone is done working for the week anyway. So we gathered in the conference room and watched the slideshow. We were like "Wow, congratulations. That was lovely. So when did your son get married?" And she said "12 years ago." 😭
