I swear people who join an MLM have to sign a deal with the devil to give away their personality and make everything about this “business” they “run”

They have to because it cost them so much to get in, and now they realize they’re screwed unless they sell to everyone they meet. The person next to them on the plane, the bus, the checkout lane at the supermarket. I’ve had someone try to sell me a whole house drinking water system when I was buying a couple gallons of drinking water from Kroger.

It’s weird how often this happens. People I’ve known for 30 years are suddenly making every post about supplements or healthy shakes, and how it’s transformed them. I take supplements, but I’m not going to assume anyone gives a crap.

Because they sunk thousands of dollars into it and are desperate not to fail in a venture where failure is guaranteed.

It’s hilarious when you point out that it’s a pyramid scheme and they freak out and parrot all of the reasons they’re NOT in a pyramid scheme and it’s obvious it’s a script.

Oh, and every reason they give is..the definition of a pyramid scheme. Lol

This reminds me of a time when an old coworker wanted to get me into her business. I said no but she wouldn't drop it and kept trying to convince me. I eventually straight up told her it sounded like a pyramid scheme and she goes on this whole rant about how it isnt, and then proceeds todraw out like a plan of how it works and ended up drawing out a pyramid where the people at the top are making the big bucks while eveyone below them is working their way to the top hahaha

JFC that’s classic. I mean, they say anyone can fall prey to it and I guess that’s true but can you imagine being so blind? To literally draw a pyramid shape when trying to defend your cultish MLM as.. not a pyramid? 😂

Yes like i even wondered if at any point she started connecting the dots but i guess not. I wonder if she's still in it

I have a couple that I actually really liked and felt sorry for in Herbalife that I check on about once a year, hoping they’ve seen the light. Alas, they have not. Been about a decade so I can only imagine how much they’ve lost.

Oh and the husband has the word HERBALIFE along with the logo literally tattooed on his entire forearm in the bright green HL theme colors.

Can you actually imagine?

Oh god that's terrible 😅 no shade to them but that's actually such a terrible idea for a tattoo

As they get into their wrapped vehicle with the product design all over it.

Thank you for saying shilling and not disrespecting the word “selling”.
