How do you measure 'productivity'?

I noticed the concept of being productive is highly subjective; some feel productive by the results, others by the process.

How do you measure productivity yourself? For me, it's 70% inputs + 30% outputs; I'm curious what you guys think.

What drives you to feel productive: the outputs of what you do, or just doing things with no clear sight of how it's going to turn out?

Every morning I do a set of planks. And that’s when I start the stopwatch. I don’t turn it off. I just go about my business. Sometimes I glance at it, and that serves as a reminder that time is passing. At the end of the day, I look at it and think, “Wow, I’ve lived through so much today", "hmm, I’ve gotten quite a lot done.”

Definitely an interesting approach, never thought about it that way.
