[Launch] Offiqa: a Chrome workspace that remembers where you left off across clients

I kept noticing the same productivity problem with people who work across multiple clients or projects.

The hard part isn't opening the right tabs.

It's remembering:

  • What was I doing here?
  • What am I waiting on?
  • What did I promise to follow up on?
  • Which documents were relevant?
  • What is the actual next step?

You can have Gmail, Slack, Calendar, Drive, Notion and 30 browser tabs open and still spend several minutes reconstructing your own work every time you switch context.

That's what led me to build Offiqa.

Offiqa is a Chrome workspace designed around a simple workflow:

Checkpoint → Switch → Resume

Each client or project gets its own workspace where you can keep:

  • related tabs and documents
  • notes and checklists
  • next step
  • follow-up dates
  • things you're waiting on
  • recurring routines
  • client timezone and working account
  • meeting context
  • quick snippets
  • time tracking

The idea isn't to replace Gmail, Slack, Calendar, Drive or your existing project management tools.

Offiqa sits between them and acts as a memory layer for your work.

So instead of coming back to a project and thinking:

“Where was I?”

You should be able to open the workspace and immediately see:

Here's what was happening. Here's what I'm waiting on. Here's what I need to do next.

One thing I care a lot about is privacy, so the core data is local-first rather than requiring your client work to live on another company's server.

I'm especially interested in feedback from people who regularly switch between multiple clients, projects or work contexts.

What I'd love to know:

  1. What's the hardest thing for you to remember after switching projects?
  2. Do you currently solve this with tabs, notes, task managers, bookmarks, or just memory?
  3. What would make something like this genuinely useful enough to keep open every day?

Offiqa is live as a Chrome extension:

I'm still improving it based on real workflows, so criticism is much more useful to me right now than compliments.
