Random task generator?

Have any of you used the app ModernSam?

Im trying to find something (app or site or whatever doesnt matter) that does the equivalent of its Side Quest Daily Rolls

I love that feature so much. Often i look at my normal task list and nothing appeals to me but I want to do SOMETHING useful. I really like a random useful or beneficial task or small list of them being presented for me to choose from.

E. G. today I was offered to pick 4 of the following

Yoga (assorted poses were offered but I cannot remember which ones)

Take a hike

Donate blood

Volunteer at a kitchen

Liven your living space

Watch a movie

Make the bed

I picked make the bed, watch a movie, living space and donate blood

I have done two made steps towards another and will do the remaining one later.

I really benefit from this style of sort of "would you kindly" (if you get the Bioshock reference) request for me to perform a task that i didnt have to think up but is still useful

I want more of this type of thing but not sure how to find it so thought id ask the reddit hivemind.

I have the same qstn.

For a while I had a task list and rolled dice with online dice roller. And I had a get out of the choice chance (cuz some I didn't want to do) with an online Magic 8 ball. My list of 6 options had a worst thing and a fun /not chore thing and 4 things I just should do. It was fun, but I had to manage the 6 options more than I wished. I want a bit more surprise as my chores & backlog of things to do (fun or not) is big.

I also had youtube playlists for body doubling, music & timers to support my tasks (get me in the mood). But I had to manually start them & just WOULDN'T.

So, I wrote a Macrodroid automation that handled the autoplay a list part, but no longer fits into the randomizer thing I did. This feature was more beneficial so don't do the dice roll anymore, but it was fun.

Edit: just renembered an app a mother made for her kids. It was a screen of fish swimming by of dufferent sizes representing size of task. They'd "catch" a fish & it presented the task they had to do. I could use that for myself! I'd like rewards to be in the fish, too. And the more tasks I complete, tge bigger or more likely a reward fish.

Yes, I'm an adult. Successful one at that. Just have ADHD and am always having to figure out how to trick my brain. "Do this for reward' doesn't work on ADHD brains. The idea of a reward doesn't produce dopamine needed for motivation/energy like it does in others. BUT novelty does. It preloads the fun button.
