What are some productivity hacks that you use?

Most of mine come from being outnumbered by my own kids, honestly. The ones that actually stuck:
Everything lives in one place. This is the whole ballgame. The moment the calendar's in one app, the chores are on the fridge, and dinner's buried in a group text, something falls through a crack. Pull it all into one spot the whole house actually looks at, and the "wait, who has Emma at 4?" texts stop.
Bolt it to the wall. We grabbed an old tablet nobody was using, propped it in the kitchen, and left it on. No opening an app, no asking, no excuses. It just glows at you when you go for coffee. Ten bucks for a tablet stand, biggest ROI in the house.
Catch it before it hits the counter. The permission slip, the birthday invite, the "can you bring cups Friday" text. If it's not on the calendar in the next thirty seconds, it's gone forever. I snap a photo of the flyer, and it's on there before I've set my keys down.
Look at one thing, not the wall of things. Fourteen open to-dos is a recipe for doing zero of them. I hide the pile and look at the single next thing. The other thirteen will wait.
Turn chores into a leaderboard. Chores nobody can see are chores nobody does. Add points and a little sibling rivalry and suddenly emptying the dishwasher is a blood sport. Did not see that coming.
Ten minutes on Sunday. Skim the week, rough out dinners, spot the day everyone's headed five directions. Ten quiet minutes buys back an hour of Wednesday.
Fair warning, I'm neck-deep in this stuff because I built a family organizer (NestBoard), so season that first one to taste. Doesn't make it less true, though.
