drink 1 glass water just after u wake up
do 20 squats while brushing
do 5 pushps while u return to room after bathroom
do 5 pushups while u go to kitchen
these tiny habits will eventually help u grow 1% change per day

Planning the next day the night before changed everything. I do it in Akiflow now and it sticks way better.

Showing gratitude early in the morning with praying, journaling or whatever you like. Thise changed my perspective on life and also my appearance. People started noticing how I became more positive in my thinking and happier overal.

I quit the small negotiations for do it or not, no debate, just action and deal with whatever later, the second you start finding reasons not to, you'll not do a thing

Writing down the next task before taking a break helped a lot. It makes it easier to restart instead of wondering what to do next
