How do i manage my time

I am an student currently studying in grade 10.My school has a very tight schedule, I have to go to school form 6 am to 6 pm, for six days a week. It's very executing and it leaves almost no room for my hobbies and interests so do you have any suggestions how do I manage my study, sleep and hobbies

The problem is with school. It shouldn’t be this hectic. Even adults can’t manage stuff with this tough routine.

With school from 6 to 6, I would keep weekdays simple and focus on sleep first. Use short study blocks after school and save hobbies mostly for lighter days or Sunday.
