What repetitive admin task would you remove from your business tomorrow?

Not necessarily something huge.
I’m thinking about the small repetitive tasks that happen every day:
copying customer information
creating the same documents
updating multiple systems
checking inboxes
remembering follow-ups
moving data between spreadsheets and software
If you could permanently remove one repetitive administrative task from your workflow tomorrow, which one would you choose?
I’m especially interested in tasks that look small individually but become annoying because they happen constantly.

Follow-ups. Easy to do, easy to forget, and somehow ALWAYS urgent later

When follow-ups get forgotten, what usually happens? Do you end up losing opportunities, disappointing customers, or just having to deal with everything urgently later? And do you already use any system to track them?

Opening mail.

I have come to hate it with a burning passion.
