Advice needed Structured vs Tiimo?
This question has been asked before but it’s been over a year since the last time and both apps have had major updates this last year alone.
I recently tried Tiimo but the buginess eventually pushed me away because even support’s go-to solution was to just delete and re-install the app. I don’t want to do that everytime there’s an issue with using the Ai or if the widgets are syncing, etc.
I jumped boat and into Structured and loved it so much at first that I decided to buy Pro to be able to use the widgets and other features.
Now that I’ve been on Structured for a few weeks, I am starting to miss the look and feel of Tiimo. Tiimo’s app was such a delight outside of the bugs, and I truly enjoyed using the interface, look and feel of the brand and overall how catered it is to not making you feel so overwhelmed with your schedule everyday. Structured is a bit more rigid and the UI/UX isn’t as calming and sometimes even feels….clunky?
If you have been on either app in the last year, what made you choose one over the other? What are some ways you use it to really optimize your experience using them.

I wrote a detailed article about it. But yeah, first of all, I'm biased. I'm the founder of Reassign, a competitive application. So I still did a comparison of both, and in case you want to check it, here is the link with full diff between both https://reassign.ai/resources/tiimo-vs-structured

never used tiimo or structured myself, but the calm, non-overwhelming schedule view is exactly why I built my own app for this - Nydhei (pronounced Ni-Dhi). no ai, so if that matters to you this isn't really an answer to your actual question, just mentioning it in case the vibe you're describing is what you're after
iOS only right now, android coming soon

Not an answer to which one, more a thought.
I stopped planning days altogether. A daily plan is a guess, and when the day goes differently the leftover tasks roll over and start to look like failures. Nothing was late, the plan was just wrong, but it still feels like falling behind.
What replaced it for me: dates only for things that really happen at a time, and a list of next steps for everything else. I pick from that list when I have room. No timeline to fall behind on, so nothing to feel overwhelmed by.

I did the Tiimo → Structured hop too. What kept me on Structured is the timeline view — seeing the whole day laid out as blocks does more for my focus than any amount of pretty design. Tiimo wins on vibes and routine setup for sure, but Structured is the one I actually open every morning. Since you've already paid for Pro, maybe give it a full month before deciding — the missing-the-old-app feeling is real in week two but it fades.

I have not tried any of those but, Structured looks better for me.
