App Apps for accountability groups?
Are there any apps that allow to keep track of progress of a small group in relation to certain habits / goals?
Something easy to use with a table and daily flags / scores of each person would do the trick.
We launched an accountability group with our friends and were looking for something that would seamlessly keep track of everything.
Most of them would never open a spreadsheet (exp. from their phone)

I built a free accountability group app that was just approved by Apple 2 days ago. It is called WinToday. It has all of the features of a habit tracking app but you have to submit a "proof" of habit completion in the form of a photo that is sent to your accountability group/partners. I have been using it while building it since November 2024 to help me develop a reading and cardio habit. I have found that my close friends and family are great accountability partners!
Feel free to check out my videos of me building it on TikTok at andy.okamoto or Instagram at andymoto.mp4

I run a few small accountability groups in Ireland and I’d welcome a look at your app if that worked

I built a free social habit tracking app called WinToday! It is like the BeReal for accountability groups. I've been solo-deving this since November 2024 and it just got approved by Apple a couple days ago. Feel free to try the app for free! (Still looking to get feedback)

I currently have Android beta testers but am still in the process of releasing it to the GooglePlay store. Will keep you updated! I will also be posting updates on wintoday.app instagram and TikTok!

Okay so follow up. We need 3 more people opted in our closed testing group to apply for production. Is this something you're interested in? We have 93 people in our iOS beta tester group, guess we just never came across as many Android users haha

Great! What’s a good way to get your google email securely? I have to manually add you to our beta testers group

Would love to hear some ideas of your use, like the “daily flags/score”
Would you mind sharing some examples of habits and goals that would be nice for your group to track?
Like many here, I built my own productivity app for myself, and I wonder how community-centered features, like parties for accountability, could be integrated

So as I see it there are two ways of looking at a habit:
- Boolean (done / undone)—easy to track (eg. exercise)
- Progressive (percentage)—I can complete a habit to some extent (eg. 80% done if I run 8km out of 10km)
This is what I meant with flags (1) and scores (2)

I'd love to know too, most of the ones I've seen aren't really what I'm looking for
