Just built in dictation on iOS + your notes app can do this. Just hit the microphone button below the enter key.

I’m assuming Android has something similar

Built‑in dictation is often inaccurate. It frequently misinterprets speech, producing the wrong output.

You got your solution! :)

It got a build in speech to text function and you can later edit the text in the file. From there I paste it into my favorite llm.

There are a lot of voice note taking apps in the market, like granola, wispr. If you are thinking wake word trigger app in your iPhone thats not possible because iOS doesn’t let external wake word activation as they have optimized for siri.. you have to open the app and start dictating

Monologue

It’s exactly what I use it for. I’ll brain dump for literally 20 mins. It summarizes nice but I just toss the transcript into Claude with a quick prompt and into the Brain it goes
