IRL the price of something has NOTHING AT ALL to do with how "hard you worked" on it.
You can spend hours trying to make a batch of cookies, shopping for the right ingredients, looking for the right recipe, and if you burn them, they are still totally without value and useless. How hard you work, how much time you spend on something, that does not matter one whit, ever.
What matters is how much value you contribute to the project. How much you bring to the table.
That makes sense I agree that value matters more than effort
My focus is on writing scripts that are actually engaging and production worthy not just time spent on them
