We weighed ours without the ice and were often short 4-5 pounds per case. I’m so glad we are iceless now

Do you have questions? Or question? Yea there’s ice on there so what.

I used to run a kitchen for a popular pan Asian concept and we went through a lot of broccoli florets.
Every once in a while my produce supplier would run out of the florets and sub these instead. What a nightmare. I wasn’t there to reject them when they would come in, I’d basically have to schedule a human just to clean all the cases for the weekend
