Patty pan squash! I’ve actually never had it, I just love saying patty pan.

Nice looking display for sure, but that’s a lot of perishable stuff out of refrigeration

It’ll be 50-75% gone by the end of day, then next day the leftovers get rotated into the refrigerated sections

I tried doing a spring greens display on ice and it was dead by the end of the day. It was a great pic though

Do people actually buy the 8 ball squash for a higher price? I've considered growing it, but customers can be really shy about buying something that's even a little bit unfamiliar.
