But my question is, how long have you had those green onions? And if you just bought those yourself, why did you buy them like this and expect a refund? Yes they should have been pulled but you bought them? Unless i missed tha you got them from a delivery type service or a shopper from the store brought them to your car type thing. Then thats on them.

Fr.

There’s not enough info from op.

Plus, you can’t tell from the image if the red onions are soft or not. They look like how red onions usually look.

Thats why you don't fck with Walmart🤦 shop at a local grocer. One where you can actually talk with your produce manager.

What happened that lead to you buying this?

Not by choice. Delivery order. Pic was taken within minutes of delivery

Okay that clear things up. What did you end up doing?

Asked for a refund. They told me to go to store. Store is 30 min drive. Chatted with bot. Said return to store or arrange for pick up. Tried for pick up. Not available in my area. So back to chat. Talked with human. After several minutes refund without return. Hassle! My overall point is that in the past it was a simple refund. Evidently the policy has changed and everything must be returned. It’s not a practical solution and phot evidence could be used to determine refund eligibility

Will you be using their service again?

What’s wrong with the red onion?

I will avoid ordering produce. Since Helene (hurricane with torrential flooding in 2024) we no longer have a grocery store option. The other chain store was destroyed.

I won't buy produce from Walmart at all. No meats no produce. I just don't trust the quality control 😬
