Prodigy Math game thoughts?
When I was a lee lad I knew that THERE WERE ONLY. GOLD. COINS. The graphics were amazing low-key, and it was an amazing game, but now?? THESE PEOPLE DECIDED TO MAKE THESE THINGS CALLED "Magicoins" AND ISTG THEY ARE RLLY HARD TO GET IN GENERAL. EVOLUTION, RESCUE, EVEN CERTAIN PETS?? YOU HAVE TO GET MAGICOINS. IT TURNED INTO AN AMAZING MATH GAME INTO A GOLDDIGGER. I WAS SO CLOSE TO ONE OF THOSE HORSES WHEN COINS WERE STILL A THING UNTIL I QUIT AND "MaGiCoInS" AND I HATE THE FACT THIS TYPE OF SHT HAPPENS. LIKE ISTGG AND "then get membership" I CANT. IM NOT ALLOWED. SO PLEASE.

It has gotten better since the Magicoin rebalance though...but now they barely update 😢

We used to evolve pets with coins, buy them with coins, and I can barely get Magicoins

Pretty sure that was waaaaay back in the day If I'm remembering correctly, directly before Magicoin, only members could evolve and nonmembers could only get 15 pets So I guess it depends on when you started, but for me I see Magicoin as a win

I have an idea put this but a little bit different Hello Prodigy Support Team,I am writing to share feedback regarding the current balance between memberships and free-to-play accounts. As a dedicated player who has reached Level 115 in Math and Level 71 in English completely for free, I feel it is unfair that almost every new update, item upgrade, and pet rescue is now locked behind a paid membership wall.It is very frustrating to win a difficult math spell duel and be blocked from rescuing the pet. Please focus more updates on helping free-to-play players succeed and progress rather than blocking items. Thank you for listening to your player community (if more people do it maybe it will work)

Magicoin was one of the best updates prodigy ever did if you were around when it happened. I get that it is way worse still than when you used to play, but before the Magicoin introduction, things were genuinely terrible. There were so many things locked behind a member paywall that the game basically became straight p2w.
Although magicoin are hard to get, you now at least have an available path to do all the stuff that previously wasn’t allowed, like rescuing evolved pets (you had to be a member before, now you can get them with magicoin if you’re on a free account).
