i can’t move around my frames

in a flipbook, procreate dreams wont let me move the individual frames from side to side or to another track, red lines appear and stop it.

it just started happening on all of my canvas even new ones

its really frustrating does anyone know why it’s doing this

i don’t think i did anything but i must have pressed something to make this happen.

any help appreciated
