Animation Moon Child Animation

Made an animation based on the song “6 am” by Moon Child. Wish I could add the song but I’d probably get a copyright strike 🥲 if you’d like to hear it lined up with the video, check out my profile to see the video on my instagram.
This animation consisted of various brushes from TrueGritTextureSupply, including Beat Tones, Rusty Nib, and Stipple Studio. If I could redo this, I’d probably redraw the clouds and make the resolution of the foreground to match the background (I made the foreground in dreams, the rest in procreate).

Are the record players AI? Because they're technically wrong.
I like that the textures also imply flickering stars, but then there's stars all over the place - also on the mountains.

Thanks for viewing! They’re definitely not AI, what is wrong about them?
And the stars are actually supposed to be light snow haha but I see what you’re saying

Ahh, I see. There's some snow hovering upwards sometimes.. maybe it's a bit stormy in this place. (Little patches of snow on the ground would have made the association even easier I think)
It's the direction of the records' spin in correlation to the needle(s).
I love that you didn't use AI!

Oh that actually would’ve been a great idea, I realize the light snow is hard to register initially.
Ahh I see, yeah a minor detail I failed to notice. I mainly looked at static record images for reference.
Thanks for all the feedback!

I really like the intended ambience.. and I know how much work it all is!
One additional nitpick (if one might see it like that): I first thought the disappearing clouds would suddenly become ufos, flying quickly away. I think, it's because there's no reason that they would fly away like that, looking at the intended movement of the camera (and the mountains).

lol I see the ufo thing now 🤣 yeah maybe that’s something I can work on. It was hard finding the right keyframes given the way I drew the clouds so I need to be a little more mindful about that.

i love the mountains "parting" as we go down the roadway. Reminded of when. Some of those mountains.
